Lina Nordland and Martine Hauge take the relationship a step further after developing a successful campaign for Unicef. The two have worked together on several previous occasions, and have now decided to become a permanent team.

– Our outfits became more and more coordinated, and we began to complete each other’s sentences. When we also worked very well together, we took it as a sign that it might simply be the two of us, says Nordland about the relationship with his new partner.

They have carried out campaigns for among another Maarud, Dominos Pizza and the latest with Unicef where they tricked people for a good deed. It was the much talked about Unicef campaign that also led to the relationship being further developed.

– We have worked together a lot before, but when we were working on the pitch, the question of “formalizing the relationship” became relevant. In this campaign, Martin’s experience with social and digital channels was extremely important, since we were to engage at all levels in the customer journey, says Nordland.

Nordland has a long career as a creator in Atyp, while Hauge previously has worked with social media at Westerdals and Good Morning. Now they are both in the advertising and production agency The Oslo Company.

– It is extra exciting when we also get to contribute to the creative work around the TV concepts that are developed at the house. There is so much different going on all the time, it is a very cool energy and you get the feeling that anything can happen here, says Hauge.

Advertising manager in The Oslo Company, Lise Marie Mørkved , calls the two “a brilliant team that has all the prerequisites for success.”

– They have their own nose for finding interesting insights that are exciting to dramatize, and go into all tasks with great commitment. We are very happy that they will work even more together in the future, says Mørkved.
