iPhones and iPads should be updated to the latest OS version.
A few days ago a strange Denial of Service vulnerability discovered in the latest iPhones and iPads. The vulnerability named “Doorlock” is related to Apple’s HomeKit. It has the potential to send iPhones and iPads into a kind of death spiral because the devices are then caught in a boot loop.

Update closes security gapWith the latest update to iOS 15.2.1 or iPadOS 15.2.1
this gap will be closed. On its support page , Apple states that with this minor update only the doorlock gap in HomeKit is closed. Additional functions will not be activated by the update.
The update is available for all iPhones from the iPhone 6s and for all iPads from the iPad Air 2, from the iPad of the 5th generation and from the iPad mini 4. This can also be done on the iPod Touch from the 7th generation updates are imported.
