Boris Ghirardi: “I have one foot in the grave!”

This week, Arnaud Manzanini receives Boris Ghirardi in Ultra Talk.

“Robot foot”: this is the nickname given to him by his daughter. Why ? Because a little over two years ago Boris had a motorcycle accident. The shock was such that he stood up with one foot.

Anger came over him long before the pain came. He will share it with us through this episode.

Since Boris opened a way. He who did not consider himself a competitor, discovered this hidden side that the accident brought out. Crossfit, running, trail … nothing can stop him when on August 9, 2019, he set foot in the grave.

Boris will share with us the emotions that crossed his mind: the 1st day you lift a bar, the 1st day you pearl with your new foot, the 1st day you do the first step, the first stride, the first pedal stroke …

“I started by doing 100m per kilometer, it’s very long”, he has fun today ‘hui. He continued like this until he managed to run 10km at 10 km / h.

Boris has an impact thanks to his revolutionary carbon blade and he believes that too many “handis” do not know they can engage in physical activity. “I realized that I was much stronger than I thought I was,” he says.
