Celebs Go Dating star Anna Williamson has shared her love and relationship advice for the “highly emotive” Christmas season.
The relationship expert, 40, has urged people not to put any “unnecessary pressure” on themselves as it is a “very emotionally charged” time of year.
Speaking exclusively to OK!, Anna also insisted that it is important to keep some “perspective in play” and not to “measure yourself” against everyone else.
She said: “My main advice is don’t put any unnecessary pressure on yourself. This time of year is highly emotive for most people, some people love it some people hate it.

“Wherever you sit with your emotions around Christmas and love and romance, just remember that it’s the time of year that is very emotionally charged.
“Keep some perspective in play, don’t measure yourself against anyone else, and spend it with the people who truly mean the most to you.”
Anna also spoke about her own festive plans with husband Alex Di Pasquale and their two young children – Eleanora and Enzo, revealing it is a “special time of year”.
She said: “All being well my husband and children will be spending it with my parents and brothers.
“It’s the most special time of year for all of us and we relish in our family tradition of being together, eating good food, playing games, and just enjoying being with each other. For us, that is what Christmas is all about – family.

“We are planning on going to my husband’s family in Sicily for New Year, which has been two years in planning, due to the pandemic, we are so hoping we manage to get there this year for his Nonna’s 95th birthday which is on New Year’s Eve.”
Anna is known for her work as a relationship expert on Celebs Go Dating with co-stars Paul C Brunson and Tom Read Wilson.
The new series will be released in 2022 and the line-up includes the likes of TOWIE’s Chloe Brockett, Made In Chelsea’s Miles Nazaire and MAFS UK star Nikita Jasmine – to name a few.
