Complaints or doubts about airlines and airports?

If you can’t find an answer to those difficult questions about travel, if you have doubts, don’t worry , @ AskTSA came to help you. You can send a question through Twitter or Facebook.

This new ‘wizard’ solves it in Spanish.

Raids at airports leave anyone on edge. And, in this bustle, with a view to getting to the flight on time, a number of problems and doubts may arise to be resolved at the time to carry out the trip. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has implemented a digital mechanism to respond to desperate travelers in real time.

The new system is a virtual assistant automated in Spanish that clarifies and solves travelers’ doubts through social networks. Local news has never been more important.

The @AskTSA tool in Spanish allows flight passengers to send their questions to this address on networks and get answers quickly on security procedures at the airport, which have been complicated by preventive measures and sanctions for the coronavirus pandemic. “A Spanish version of our social media virtual assistant @AskTSA represents the first foreign language service fully integrated into our social media platforms,” stated David Pekoske, administrator of the TSA, in a statement.

The mechanism promises to help travelers improve their experiences at TSA security checkpoints, making this a more efficient transit. “The virtual assistant, launched in English in November 2019, answers common questions instantly 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The automated system has answered hundreds of thousands of questions from travelers since its inception “, indicated the agency of the Department of Homeland Security.

The automated system in Spanish can be used on both Facebook and Twitter. Responds to questions about forgotten flight IDs, as well as lost or prohibited items. This fiscal year, @AskTSA has received over a million questions.

Enabling it in Spanish “will help many more travelers quickly get answers to common questions about airport security using your mobile device, “said the office. Travelers can also receive assistance from TSA staff by phone on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST, or on weekends and holidays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

If you can’t find an answer to those tough travel questions, @ AskTSA is here to help. Just send a question to our friends via Twitter or Facebook. You can even include an image! pic.twitter.com/Rzfpe4yapD
