Last weekend saw the final episode of the EDENS ZERO TV anime adaptation air on Japanese TV, and as the episode finished, the official Twitter account for the adaptation of Hiro Mashima ‘s manga series of the same name teased that the anime will be continuing, proclaiming that “Shiki’s adventures will continue” and thanking fans for their support.

This wasn’t the only piece of news from the Twitter account on the weekend, with the anime series revealing that the director of the TV anime, Yushi Suzuki , had
passed away ) on September 9. While it is likely that the final episode was already wrapping up when Suzuki passed, it may take time to see a continuation due to the circumstances in needing to find, and train up, a new director for EDENS ZERO.
EDENS ZERO aired weekly on Nippon TV and affiliate channels on Saturday at 24:55 (effectively, 12:55 AM on Sundays) and is streaming
