The company’s first sunrise flight is in its 14th year, and flights to and from Haneda are in its 13th year. The flight number was JL4101, named after New Year’s Day in Reiwa, and all 12 flight attendants were born in the year of the Tiger, and three wore successive uniforms.

Prior to departure, President Akasaka said, ” The A350 is JAL’s new flagship with low fuel consumption and low noise. You can see the outside scenery with two cameras, so please take a look at the powerful scenes, “explained the features of the A350 in front of the boarding gate.

The first sunrise flight JL4101 (A350-900, registration code JA13XJ) has 257 passengers (including 1 infant, excluding staff) and 14 crew members (2 pilots, 12 flight attendants). Depart from Terminal 1 Spot 12 at 5:46 am. I took off from Runway D (RWY05) at 6:02 am.

Swirl over the Southern Alps on the northwest side of Mt. Fuji, and watch the first sunrise and the first Fuji alternately from the large windows on the left and right from around 6:41 am, which is the time of the first sunrise. Passengers took pictures of the sunrise on their smartphones.

Nine of the flight attendants were involved in the flight, and three wore successive uniforms to take a commemorative photo with the passengers. For this flight, the 4th generation (worn until June 1970), which JAL began wearing in March 1967 when it opened a round-the-world route, started wearing it in October 1977, which is still one of the most popular uniforms. The 6th generation (until December 1987) and the 9th generation (until May 2013) uniforms, which JAL and Japan Airlines (JAS) integrated and started wearing in April 2004, were used.

The application rate this time is about 5 times. Passengers were given New Year’s lunch boxes, red and white steamed buns, sake, and boarding certificates. After watching the first sunrise, take a course to the northeast and head south from near Nikko, Tochigi prefecture to Haneda. After passing over Ibaraki and Chiba prefectures, I landed on Runway A (RWY34L) in Haneda at 7:51 am and arrived at 15:55 am.

Performing routine activities can significantly benefit cardiovascular health

Current physical activity guidelines focus on volume and intensity for Cardiovascular Disease prevention rather than common behaviors responsible for movement. A new study by a multi-institutional team examined the associations of a machine‐learned, accelerometer‐measured behavior termed daily life movement (D.L.M.) with incident CVD. The study shows that simply being “up and about” performing routine activities,…
