Consumers in Bacău, Buhuşi and the communes of Mărgineni, Măgura, Hemeiuş, Traian and Letea Veche were facing unplanned gas outages on Thursday natural resources, as a result of an “incident” produced in the national natural gas transmission system, informs the Bacău County Committee for Emergency Situations.
The supply of natural gas was interrupted for all users in the city of Buhuşi, until this situation is remedied, said the spokesman of ISU Bacău, Major Andrei Grecu, quoted by Agerpres.
Teams of Transgaz SA and Delgaz Grid SA are working to remedy the situation, but a longer period of time is expected to be resolved.
The authorities recommend that consumers switch off all appliances that use natural gas and, after the resumption of the distribution – which will be done gradually – to monitor how they burn for 30 minutes. If they smell a specific gas, consumers are advised to open the windows immediately to ventilate and avoid the use of lighting, appliances and / or flame sources.
