The journalist specialized in motor racing Marcelo Vivo died this afternoon, at the age of 63, as a result of a heart decompensation, his family and friends confirmed.
The journalist broke down in the elevator of the building where he lived and suffered “cardiac arrest”, according to sources close to the rapporteur, who worked on Public TV broadcasting Road Tourism competencies during this 2021 season, reported to the Télam agency.
The Asociación Carredores Turismo Carretera (ACTC) expressed solidarity with his family and “sent the most sincere condolences to Marcelo’s family and friends”, through a statement.

He was a member of the prestigious sports team “Competition” on Radio Continental (AM 590), specializing in broadcasting of categories such as Indy Car, Moto GP and South American Formula 3. He was also a panelist in the programs “Last lap” and “Maximum speed”.
The last transmission of the unfortunate reporter took place last Sunday in the competition of the TC in the Rosendo Hernández de San Luis racetrack, won by Entre Ríos Mariano Werner (Ford).
