Netflix becomes more expensive in the US and Canada . The price of all three services offered here will increase by one to two dollars:
- Netflix Basic: 9, $ 99 (+1 $)
- Netflix Standard: $ 15.49 (+1.5 $)
- Netflix Premium: $ 19.99 (+2 $)
The Basic tariff only supports SD resolution and allows one simultaneous monitoring. The most common Standard broadcasts in HD and can be watched by two people at once. The highest Netflix Premium supports 4K resolution and up to four simultaneous viewings.
In America, Netflix increases regularly. While the Standard tariff cost $ 7.99 in 2011, it has almost doubled in 2022:

What about the Czechia
Nothing yet. Our prices have remained the same since 2016, when the service arrived in the Czech Republic. Although Netflix first charged in dollars and only later changed the prices to Czech crowns, it did not increase the price:
- Basic: 199 CZK (that is at the level of 9 $)
- Standard: 259 CZK (12 $)
- Premium: 319 CZK (15 €)
With the exception of the basic tariff, Czech prices are lower than they were in the USA before the current increase. And if six years without price adjustments are added, we wouldn’t be surprised if Netflix came to us with a wave of price increases
