Orange Cyberdefense recently announced the launch in Morocco of its “MicroSOC” solution intended for organizations and companies of all sizes that offer surveillance, investigation and remediation of cyberattacks.

This offer is based on EDR (Endpoint Dectection & Response) technologies coupled with the monitoring of our detection analysts and data from our Threat Intelligence database. “ The launch of the MicroSOC offer is a new very important step in our development in Africa. This service is adapted to the problems of our customers, is accessible to the greatest number, and brings a strong added value to the market. In addition, it allows the development of new skills in Morocco and to strengthen our local Pole of Excellence ”declared Emmanuel Cheriet, Maghreb and West Africa director at Orange Cyberdefense

Cyber-attacks affect all market segments and all business profiles, from SMEs to multinationals. If the operating methods of cyberattackers tend to become more complex, the intrusion often comes from human error. As time is a key element in cybersecurity, an organization’s ability to detect and respond quickly to an intrusion or anomaly will largely determine the impact of the attack on its systems. When left unprotected, a company’s response time to a cyberattack can be very long, and for the smallest of them it can be fatal. This is why Orange Cyberdefense offers the MicroSOC.

More than forty large companies established in the Maghreb and West Africa have chosen Orange Cyberdefense to secure their activities and digital activities of their employees. With the launch of MicroSoc, coupled with the recruitment and training of qualified engineers, Orange Cyberdefense will now be able to locally support companies of all sizes in building a more secure digital environment. Forty experts and employees trained continuously to win the race against the attackers, operating from Morocco will be particularly dedicated to this new stage of development.
