Strictly’s Rose Ayling-Ellis gives rare look inside house she shares with boyfriend

Strictly Come Dancing star Rose Ayling-Ellis has shared a rare glimpse into the home she shares with her boyfriend Samuel Arnold.

Rose, 27, shot to fame as part of the cast of BBC One soap EastEnders and is now preparing to compete for the Glitterball trophy on Saturday 18 December alongside professional partner Giovanni Pernice.

Although she has captured the attention of the nation during her Strictly stint, she’s continued to keep her personal life out of the public eye, including her long-term romance with partner Samuel who she began dating back in 2014.

While Rose usually shares snaps of the couple travelling the world and attending music festivals, she did previously give fans a sneak peek into her home on Instagram.

The soap actress shared a snap in 2020, presumably during the coronavirus lockdown, where she could be seen posing outside in her back garden.

Wearing a black floral midi dress with her long hair tied up, Rose smiled as she stood in front of the white backdoor. Huge plants surrounded the door, and an array of stones covered the floor.

The 27 year old wrote: “Any excuse to dress up nowadays.

” I’m standing outside the white back garden door barefoot wearing [a] long black dress with cream flowers, my hair is up [in] a bun and I’m wearing gold hoops earrings, next to me are two giant flowerpots with bamboo plants as tall as me.”

Earlier this year, Rose took part in a virtual interview for Deaf Talent Collective, where she tuned in from her home.

Starring alongside EastEnders co-star Danny Dyer and TV presenter Nadeem Islam, Rose can be heard chatting about life as an actress and life during the pandemic.

She can be seen sitting in a room which features cream walls with one blue feature wall, decorated with two stylish framed prints hanging on the wall.

Two small floating wall shelves have been installed nearby, with a house plant and several ornaments perching on top.

A large houseplant sits next to Rose, as she laughs along with her on-screen dad Danny.

It’s presumed Rose, who is Strictly’s first deaf contestant, lives with boyfriend Samuel who she has been dating for over seven years.

Rose and Giovanni are set to compete in the upcoming Strictly Come Dancing final, where they will battle it out against John Whaite and Johannes Radebe for the Glitterball trophy.

Fellow finalists AJ Odudu and Kai Widdrington have unfortunately announced they will no longer be participating in Saturday’s final, after AJ sustained a devastating injury to her foot.

After hoping she would recover in time for the final, it was revealed on Friday 17 December that AJ and Kai would be pulling out of the competition.

Strictly Come Dancing continues on BBC One on Saturday 18 December.
