The court charged them with the fact that on November 29 and 30, 2020, they deliberately killed the child Ahmed Mustafa Muhammad Ali Farag, after they rode with him on his motorcycle, and as soon as they caught him, he The first accused put pressure on the victim’s neck and inflicted several injuries that killed the victim and stole his motorcycle, money and a mobile phone. They also killed the child S. Mir Ehab Abdel Hamid Abdel Latif and his motorcycle, mobile phone and sum of money were stolen after they rode with him. Once they got hold of him, the third defendant paralyzed his hands, and the second defendant picked up a stone and hit him several times. The first defendant pressed his hands using his bag strap on the victim’s neck, intending to kill him.
At that time they killed the child Muhammad Mustafa Muhammad Mustafa and theft of his motorcycle in the district of Derb Negm Center in Dakahlia Governorate.
