Tragic death of teenage girl killed by shark in Western Australia river

The 16-year-old was bitten after she jumped into the river to swim with a pod of dolphins during an outing with friends
It was the first fatal shark attack in the Swan River in Perth since a 13-year-old boy was killed in January 1923
