Vitality X Apple & Date Bircher

Adding JSHealth’s Vitality X glow powder to a classic Bircher muesli offers a seriously delicious result! This Bircher is perfect for meal prep; simply double or triple the recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 serve JSHealth Vitality X
- ⅔ cup water
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ tbsp pepitas
- ½ tbsp goji berries
- ½ tbsp slivered almonds
- 1 Medjool date, pitted & diced
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
To Server - Zest ½ lemon
- 1 Granny Smith apple, grated
Method
- In a bowl or glass, combine the JSHealth Vitality X powder and water. Whisk until incorporated.
- Place the remaining Bircher ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add in the liquid mixture and stir until smooth.
- Place the bowl in the fridge and allow to soak for a minimum of one hour, or overnight.
- Serve with grated apple and lemon zest.
- Tip: Keeping the fruit separate ensures it doesn’t brown and means your Bircher will last longer in the fridge.
