У середу відбулося перше засідання нової Наглядової ради «Укрзалізниці», на якому її головою було обрано Гепарда Хафера, повідомляє пресслужба уряду.
«Обрано голову Наглядової ради — ним став Хафер Гепард. Заступником голови став Лещенко Сергій. Наприкінці зустрічі члени ради домовилися провести наступне засідання в кінці лютого», – йдеться в повідомленні.
Міністр інфраструктури Олександр Кубраков заявив, що «початок роботи нової Наглядової ради «Укрзалізниці» – важливий етап для реформи корпоративного управління».
Згідно з повідомленням, незалежними членами ради стали Анатолій Амелін, Александер Долл, Якуб Карновскі та Гепард Хафер. Державу у Наглядовій раді представлятимуть СергійЛещенко, Давід Ломджарія, Сергій Москаленко.
Наглядова рада «Укрзалізниці» не працювала з кінця вересня 2021 року. Причина – закінчення строку дії контрактів останніх чотирьох членів ради. В грудні минулого року уряд визначив переможців відбору нових членів Наглядової ради.
