כתר גנזה הנפקת חוב של 1.3 מיליארד דולר

חברת כתר דחתה את תוכניתה לגייס 1.175 מיליארד יורו (1.3 מיליארד דולר) בשוק החוב האירופי – כך מדווחת סוכנות הידיעות בלומברג. זאת, לאחר שקרן ההשקעות הפרטית BC Partners, שהיא בעלת המניות הגדולה ביצרנית מוצרי ריהוט הפלסטיק לבית ולגינה, סברה שהריבית הנדרשת מכתר גבוהה מדי.

כתר תיכננה לגייס איגרות חוב לטווח של שבע שנים כדי לפרוע הלוואה של 1.1 מיליארד יורו שלקחה ב-2016, כחלק מהרכישה הממונפת של השליטה בה על ידי קרן BC Partners. הקרן רכשה 80% מחברת כתר מידי משפחת סגול, לפי שווי חברה של 1.7 מיליארד דולר, והעמיסה את חלק מעלות הרכישה על כתר עצמה. הלוואה זו עומדת לפדיון באוקטובר 2023.
