למרות גל הירידות של הישראליות: נאייקס רוצה ללכת לוול סטריט

גל ההנפקות והספאקים בארה”ב של חברות ישראליות אולי איכזב משקיעים, שראו ירידות של עד 70% ויותר בחלק מהחברות, אך חברת נאייקס עדיין רוצה להצטרף לחגיגה. החברה, העוסקת בפיתוח ומכירת פתרונות ושירותים דיגיטליים לסליקה ותפעול עסקים, הודיעה היום (א’) כי הגישה ביום שישי לרשות ניירות ערך של האמריקאית (SEC) תשקיף חסוי לקראת רישום למסחר ככל הנראה בנאסד”ק או ב-NYSE.

נאייקס הונפקה בבורסת תל אביב במאי 2021, אז גייסה 207 מיליון דולר לפי שווי של 930 מיליון דולר (כ-3.4 מיליארד שקל). מניית החברה ירדה מאז ב-26% והיא נסחרת היום לפי שווי של כ-2.7 מיליארד שקל (כ-840 מיליון דולר).
