استدعت النيابة العامة عددا من الأشخاص بعد تداولهم مقاطع فيديو على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي تظهر تصدي دفاعات الدولة لمحاولات ميليشيا الحوثي الارهابية استهداف بعض المنشآت الحيوية في الدولة. وحذرت النيابة العامة من أن مثل هذه المقاطع تعرض منشآت حيوية وعسكرية للخطر ومن شأنها أن تمس أمن واستقرار المجتمع.
وأكد المستشار الدكتور حمد سيف الشامسي النائب العام للدولة أنه سيتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية الرادعة حيال من ينشرون هذه المواد.
وحذر النائب العام أفراد المجتمع من مخاطر نشر وتداول هذه المواد على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي داعيا إلى الالتزام بالقوانين السارية في الدولة.
ونبه إلى أن مخالفتها من شأنها اثارة البلبلة في المجتمع. وقال النائب العام إننا نراهن على وعي أفراد المجتمع بعدم المساهمة في تداول مثل هذه المواد الممنوعة قانونا.
كما نبه النائب العام إلى آثار ومخاطر الشائعات وما تلحقه بالدولة، من نتائج سلبية قد تصل إلى حد تهديد السلم المجتمعي وما يصاحبها من خلق حالة من الذعر والخوف بين الأفراد دون أسباب حقيقية ولأسباب لا أصل لها في الواقع.
وأكد إن مؤسسات الدولة تنتهج كافة أشكال الشفافية في إفصاحها عن الحقائق والمعلومات، موضحا أن النيابة العامة ستباشر مسؤولياتها في تطبيق القانون بكل حزم تجاه تلك الجرائم ومرتكبيها حرصا على المصلحة العامة وأمن افراد المجتمع وحفاظا على النظام العام والسلم المجتمعي.
