‎The giant of technology americana has just released ‎‎Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22468‎‎ for the Dev Channel For those who don’t know, this channel is the testing forum where updates and features can arrive in the stable version of Windows 11 to October 5th. The company stated that the new build offers a “nice set of improvements and bug fixes” for those who follow the Dev Channel releases.‎

‎Notably, the company also highlighted two key improvements. That is, users can now see connection statistics by clicking on a VPN connection in the VPN settings. In addition, the update also adds an option to disable the display of recent searches when hovering over the Search icon in the taskbar. You can find this option in the Taskbar behaviors in the taskbar settings. This shows the efforts of Microsoft in cleaning your user interface Windows 11 and other bugs before the October 5 release.‎

‎The brand even added that “Some fixes noted here in the Insider Preview builds from the active development branch may go into maintenance updates for the released version of Windows 11 aftergeneral availability on October 5th”, and that “These compilations also are not combined with a specific version. New features and operating system improvements of these builds may appear in future versions of Windows when they are ready, and we can send them out as full operating system updates or maintenance releases.”‎

‎ With most new PCs arriving with theWindows 11, consumers are required to make the switch. However, the same cannot be said about companies. this can lead to an extremely fragmented market similar to when the Windows XP and Windows 7 were the operating systems, dominant at the same time.‎
