集合 Google 1月概要消息顯示，Google 公司將打算在 2022年放大招，計劃達成將可以讓整個生態與 Apple 媲美，根據 9to5Google 透露出來的消息，Google 的大招將是深度整合 Android 與 Chrome OS 的關係。
Google 與 Apple 的正面對抗，其一大功能，就是關於投屏的「壟斷」。從 9to5Google 給出的圖片和影片可以看到，手機應用投屏到 Chromebook 上，要想實現的話難度不大。
其工作原理，大概意會為，在手機上面生成一個完全獨立的虛擬屏幕，串流同步傳送到 Chrome／PC 上，這不單單是通過鏡像而產生的手機投屏。這個虛擬屏幕，將會顯示你的通知程式。電腦上將不再是單純的投屏，而是可以在電腦中獨立操作的「手機」。
還有一個特色功能，在屏幕左下方，有一個類似懸浮球的選單，打開運行將會顯示手機上已裝有的 Apps 的列表，這些應用都能打開運行，而不單單顯示傳統是信息送知。9to5Google 還在 Chrome OS 上啟用了跨裝置串流播放。該發展空間還有很大的提升，最後一個重頭，該功能將來會向非 Chrome OS 裝置開放，亦就是說 Windows、Mac、Linux 都可在將來使用同樣的功能。
