In the last 24 hours, 480 corona infections have been registered in Norway. That is 75 fewer than the same day last week.
In the last seven days, an average of 461 corona infections have been registered per day.
The corresponding average seven days ago was 605, so the trend is declining.
On Wednesday, 90 corona patients were hospitalized. There were two fewer than the day before.
26 of the patients are in the intensive care unit, and among them 14 are on a respirator. There are two more on intensive care and one fewer on respirator compared to the day before, according to the Norwegian Directorate of Health’s overview.
At midnight on Thursday night, 7 , 8 million corona tests in this country since February last year.
A total of 192,079 people have tested positive.
