In the Philippines, tikoy is commonly beaten in egg and pan-fried for that “crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside” texture.

The online food community turned the glutinous treat — already delicious on its own — into three ways of tikoy rolls: a cheese-filled one, a mango cheese flavor, and one with ube and cheese. The best part? You only need an air fryer; no fancy equipment necessary.
Whichever filling you choose, the video recommends air frying the roll for five minutes at 200 degrees Celsius, before being air-fried again for two to three minutes, before being served with a side of condensed milk as a dip.
