Für die leckere Proteincreme im Nutella-Style brauchst du nur fünf Zutaten. In nur wenigen Minuten zauberst du den süßen Aufstrich und kannst mit gutem Gewissen naschen.
Pro Portion hat die Creme nur 135kcal und 9 Gramm Eiweiß. Zum Vergleich: Nutella hat auf 100 Gramm circa 540kcal.
Leckere Schokocreme selbst machen
Für 4 Portionen brauchst du:
- 50g Haselnussmus ohne Zusätze
- 30g Proteinpulver neutral oder mit Schokogeschmack (Du ernährst dich vegan? Verwende einfach veganes Proteinpulver)
- 15g Backkakao stark entölt
- 10g Erythrit in Puderform. Alternativ kannst du auch Agavendicksaft oder Zucker verwenden.
- 50ml ungesüßte Pflanzenmilch deiner Wahl
Zunächst vermengst du das Proteinpulver und das Erythrit oder das alternative Süßungsmittel mit dem Backkakao.
Wichtig: Nutzt du gesüßtes Proteinpulver, solltest du das Erythrit weglassen oder die Menge reduzieren, da die Creme sonst zu süß wird.
Nun gibst du das Haselnussmus hinzu und rührst die Pflanzenmilch unter, bis du die gewünschte Konsistenz erreicht hast. J
etzt kannst du dir dein gesundes Nutella schon schmecken lassen – oder du lagerst es gut verschlossen im Kühlschrank. Du solltest die Creme innerhalb von wenigen Tagen aufbrauchen.
Mit der Protein-Nutella kannst du ein Porridge verfeinern, es als Aufstrich auf Brot oder Reiswaffeln geben oder einfach so für zwischendurch als Snack verwenden.
Außerdem eignet sich die Creme hervorragend als Ergänzung zu gesunden Bananen-Pancakes.
