Cardi B and Offset might be in the middle of a divorce, but that hasn’t stopped them from being stellar co-parents. On Saturday (Aug. 31), they came together to celebrate Wave’s 3rd birthday.

The party had a plane theme, complete with airport-inspired decor like flight times and balloons that looked like clouds in the sky. “You got that s**t on, don’t you? Don’t play with buddy,” Offset said in one clip shared to his Instagram Story. Notably, Wave wore custom jeans from the rapper’s collaboration with streetwear label Denim Tears.

In a separate video reposted by Hollywood Unlocked, Cardi and Offset’s kids could be seen enjoying rollercoaster rides. Social media was evidently excited to see the two artists together, albeit that doesn’t explicitly mean a reunion is on the cards. “If it’s one thing these two will do, [it’s] parent!” read one reply. Someone else wrote, “Despite anything, they love [the f**k] out of their kids and show up for them no matter the state of their marriage. Gotta respect that.”

“Peaceful [co-parenting is] on display. Kiari made sure his pre-Belcalis kids were there. I remember one of his other children’s moms crediting Cardi for making Set a better dad overall,” an Instagram user said elsewhere. Another emphasized, “Good to see that they can come together for their child’s birthday. Some parents can’t even do that.”

The “Bodak Yellow” hitmaker more or less confirmed that she and Offset were getting divorced during her August pregnancy announcement. “With every ending comes a new beginning,” she shared. “You have brought me more love, more life, and most of all, renewed my power! Reminded me that I can have it all! You’ve reminded me that I never have to choose between life, love, and my passion!”
