Not all of them were submitted to the Bulgarian Football Union, but the first 189 declarations arrived (completely sufficient and well over the required 1/3 of the regular members of the Bulgarian Football Union) in order to meet certain deadlines and to expose as few clubs as possible. changing this guide. The facts about the repeated attempts of the Bulgarian Football Union to stop the court-scheduled congress for October 12, 2021 – two attempts to mislead the Sofia City Court regarding the general number of regular members of the Bulgarian Football Union – 551 instead of 531, by imposing a precautionary measure “ban on holding the congress scheduled for 12.10.2021” in humiliating court proceedings of the Bulgarian Football Union against its members, letters to the Ministry of Health and RHI requesting a ban of the Congress, despite the clear regulation that a Congress on 12 October 2021 is fully possible subject to the necessary measures.

The only logical thing if this congress will be held in an honest and transparent way, and not as the last congress in 2018, which we were aware of by the clubs during our meetings with them, is TO REMOVE THIS MANUAL and be chosen from among the other candidates for President and an Executive Committee proposed by him. The support that Mihailov claims to have received in 2 days from over 300 fax clubs is an absolute fabrication.
