Seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton has admitted that he will most likely not have a chance to compete for the Ferrari team until the end of his career in Formula 1. The British Mercedes driver has admitted that it is a dream for every driver to one day competes with the Scuderia’s red cars and that every time he goes to the Monza track, the fans invite him to join the Black Horses.
“For years, when I came to Italy at Monza, fans have been asking me when I will come to Ferrari. This always has a very positive effect on me and warms my heart. That’s how my career went, that I was never close to competing for Scuderia and obviously it will never happen, “said Hamilton.
“I have several Ferrari cars in my garage, but obviously I will only be able to drive them, because I will not be able to sit in a red car with my name,” the Briton concluded.
