Ronson Development plans to expand its operations by institutional lease

The Management Board of Ronson Development has decided to take action , aimed at extending the subject of the activity to include institutional rental – the company said in a press release.

“In our activities, PRS will be responsible for the entire process from A to Z, i.e. from the investment design stage, through the construction stage, to the preparation of the offer, to the market and management of the rental itself. As a result, investments dedicated to the rental market will be created, responding to its specific needs, including in terms of common areas or service functions “- said the president of Boaz Haim in a press release.

” We are full of enthusiasm, starting this completely new chapter in our business history. We believe that the expansion of the business by a new segment will be positively reflected in the financial results in the coming years and will contribute to the further, successive building of the company’s value “- he added.

The company announced that by the end of 2025, the offer of flats for rent should include about 3,000 units in three Polish cities – Warsaw, Wrocław and Poznań. The company’s land bank in the PRS segment is to be secured for about 5,000 units .

“The choice of these locations is not accidental. We know these markets very well, because we have been present on them as a developer for years. We also chose them because they have the greatest potential in the rental market, “said Andrzej Gutowski, Vice President and Sales Director at Ronson Development.

“Our goal in the long term is to gradually expand the pool of apartments for rent in our portfolio – we also do not rule out expanding our business to new markets” – he added.

Ronson also mentions recruiting partners with experience in institutional leasing, including financial partners, among its long-term goals.

As stated, PRS will be the second pillar of the company’s activity, conducted in parallel to the current activity, which is the sale of apartments on the primary market. (PAP Biznes)
