Arnold Schwarzenegger Is Just as Obsessed With Yellowstone as the Rest of Us

The fourth season of Yellowstone has served up all kinds of shocking plot twists and surprises, leaving fans on the edge of their seats as they try to figure out how everything will come to a head in the imminent finale. Among them? None other than Arnold Schwarzenegger.

In the most recent edition of his newsletter, in which he tells stories from his career and answers fan questions, the former bodybuilder and action legend shared some of the media that he’s currently enjoying. He’s been reading Daily Stoic by Ryan Holiday, listening to the festive classic All I Want for Christmas Is You by Mariah Carey, and in the slot for favorite movie, he selected the wildly popular neo-Western drama.

Yellowstone,” he wrote. “I know this is not a movie, but I have been getting much more into watching TV shows with my new Netflix show starting soon. I love this show, it is fantastic!”

The show follows the fictitious Dutton family, owners of the largest ranch in Montana which borders the eponymous national park and a Native reservation. Kevin Costner plays patriarch John Dutton, with Luke Grimes, Gil Birmigham, Cole Hauser, Wes Bentley, Kelly Reilly, Piper Perabo and Gretchen Mol rounding out the ensemble cast.

While Schwarzenegger alluded in his post that he will soon be starring in his own Netflix series, viewers can expect his fellow action movie giant Sylvester Stallone to show up in some Yellowstone-adjacent content next year: Sly is set to star in Kansas City, a mob drama created by Yellowstone showrunner Taylor Sheridan as part of his exclusive deal with Paramount+.
