Portuguese footballer André Silva scored two of the goals in Leipzig’s rout against Mainz, by 4-1 , this Saturday, in a game for the 18th round of the German Bundesliga.
Alexander Hack was sent off in the 20th minute for handball and André Silva took responsibility for scoring the penalty that dictated the 1-0, in the 21st minute.
In the second half, the Hungarian Szoboszlai made it 2-0 in the 47th minute, Lee Jae-Sung still reduced it in the 57th minutes, but Nkunku and André Silva, respectively in the 58th and 61st minutes, sentenced the result.
It was André Silva’s first double for Leipzig, the club for which he reached ten goals in the 2021/2022 season. The Portuguese player left in the 68th minute.
In the other games in the early afternoon, Arminia Bielefeld, from Guilherme Ramos, drew 2-2 on the trip to Freiburg. The Portuguese came on 82 minutes into the game and also saw Lasme rescue the tie for his team, in the 87th minute. Okugawa had started the recovery in the 60th minute with the 2-1, after Friburgo had been winning by 2-0 with goals from Haberer (6m) and Jeong Woo-Yeong (46m).
Hoffenheim won in the reception to Augsburg (3-1) and there were still draws in Greuther Fürth-Stuttgart (0-0) and at Bayer Leverkusen-Union Berlin (2-2 ). This is the classification.
