Nahir Galarza's mother declared: “I believe in what my daughter says, that the one who killed Pastorizzo was her father”

Nahir Galarza’s mother testified in the Fiscal Unit for Gender Violence, in Paraná, after the young woman accused her father of the murder of Fernando Pastorizzo.

Yamina Kroh said that believes his daughter and that Marcelo Galarza was the author of the crime that occurred on December 30, 2017 in Gualeguaychú and for which the young woman received a life sentence.

“I believe in what my daughter Nahir says, that the one who killed Pastorizzo was her father”, declared Kroh accompanied by her lawyer Raquel Hermida Leyenda.

Nahir Galarza’s parents separated a few weeks ago after the young woman told another version of the events. “I couldn’t take it anymore, I had been keeping quiet about this for four years and my body was about to explode,” said Galarza.

In dialogue with Infobae, Kroh’s lawyer said that after Galarza’s alleged confession, Justice took security measures for the two women.

“ They gave Yamina an anti-panic button, and Nahir will be given security in jail where he is serving a life sentence for a crime he did not commit ”, said the lawyer.

“It must proceed to the imminent dismissal in relation to the statement that it would be Mr. M Arcelo Galarza – father of Nahir – the author of the murder of Fernando Pastorizzo, for having treated that event and aired in Oral and Public Trial, and confirmed in various higher instances and being up to the decision of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation ” , indicates the tax opinion that Télam agreed to.

In addition to considering that it is in that instance where the pertinent arguments must be resorted to, the Gualeguaychú Fiscal Unit recalled that the accusatory position of the Public Ministry Prosecutor (MPF) in relation to Nahir Galarza “ relied on different evidence, which yielded a degree of certainty regarding the extremes of the criminal charge. Certainty that was accredited by the Court of Trial and Appeals of this city, later confirmed by Cassation, and by the STJER (Superior Court of Justice of Entre Ríos) ” .

“I must state that I warn that this is a new exculpatory, novel and post-conviction version, provided in her defense by the already convicted Galarza, which is in the stage of compliance with penalty, for which he must present his new version -if he considers it so- before the Court that is intervening in the present, “said the Gualeguaychú prosecutor’s office.
