OnePlus Buds Pro headphones receive a major update; Users can now connect two devices simultaneously

OnePlus launched the wireless headphones OnePlus Buds Pro in the summer of 2021, and is currently the top version of manufacturer’s portfolio. We learn today that a new update has started to be delivered to users, bringing the “ Dual Connection ” feature, which allows users to connect two devices to them simultaneously. . OnePlus has revealed details about this feature on its official forum recently. The new update is delivered in the form of build 531,531,410 and brings only the “Dual Connection” function. However, it is delivered in waves by the manufacturer, which means that it will take a few days to reach users around the world. After the update, however, you’ll find the new Dual Connection feature in the Hey Melody app that you’ll be able to activate.

Once activated, you’ll be able to connect headphones to two devices at once, whether it’s tablets, smartphones, PCs or Smart TVs. If you have a OnePlus or OPPO phone, the feature will be available directly in the phone menu, without the need to download the Hey Melody app.

The transport box is water resistant in IP55 regime, and the headphones come with IPX4 certification. They bring large, 11mm dynamic drivers and Dolby Atmos support. There is also Transparency Mode, but also Zen Mode Air and it connects to devices via Bluetooth 5.2.
