Episode 3 Discussion
The way this episode went at first gave a Tom and Jerry/Looney Tunes vibe, and it was fun to watch. I’m sure you can see the romance between the two already showing up, and it’s cute.
Takagi and Nishikata are the duo you’ll find glued together anywhere you meet them. Is the teasing with Takagi and Nishikata this season going to be funnier and more adorable? Will the two open up on their feelings as the plot progresses?
Fans are excited that the season has already started with a touch of romance and can’t wait to see the two confess their feelings. I feel each episode will show Takagi saying these romantic lines until Nishikata says it to her seriously one day.

Episode 2 Recap
This episode starts with Takagi and Nishikata on their way to school. Takagi secretly follows Nishikata without him noticing. Nishikata senses his Takagi tease-o-meter and gets suspicious. He looks around for Takagi but finds no one there.
Takagi carefully follows Nishikata without his notice and finds him planning something as he finds a marble. Nishikata plans to make Takagi guess what he got in his pocket and make fun of her for guessing wrong.
Takagi sneakily goes ahead and meets Nishikata like she just met him. Nishikata brings the topic of guessing what’s in his pocket and is thrilled to see Takagi get it wrong. He gets astonished that Takagi thought it was a marble and wonders how she got it right.
Afterward, in school, Takagi and Nishikata get put on library duty. Takagi tells Nishikata to pick a book for her to read, and she’ll do the same for him so that they can read together. Later, as they read their books, Nishikata looks at Takagi and finds her cute while reading.
Takagi then says, ‘I love you,’ to which Nishikata responds awkwardly. She continues to read from the book stating how the poet used those words. After their duty gets over, Nishikata asks if Takagi would recommend reading the book.
She replies any other book is better than the one she was reading and whispers to herself how Nishikata will find out the words she said weren’t in that book.
In the evening, Takagi finds Nishikata out for a jog. She can’t believe Nishikata sometimes jogs far off to the beach.
Nishikata uses this chance to impress Takagi for once and tells her he’ll prove it to her by sending her a picture of the sunset.
He then runs with determination to prove his point. Halfway through, he gets exhausted, but his motivation to impress Takagi pushes him to reach his goal.
After Nishikata reaches the beach, he sends a picture of the sunset. He gets annoyed when Takagi only addresses the sunset and not that he made it to the beach as he said.
Takagi then appears, and Nishikata wonders what she’s doing here. As they watch the sunset, Takagi says it was impressive that Nishikata made it to the beach.
