The company’s shares will trade with ±30% daily price fluctuation limits and ±10% static price fluctuation limits.
Qualified investors started, on Dec. 26, subscription to 2.5 million shares of Alwasail Industrial on Nomu, with an initial public offering (IPO) price range set between SAR 16 and 19 per share, Argaam reported.
Tadawul approved, on Oct. 24, the company’s application for listing its shares on Nomu.
The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved Alwasail’s application for the IPO on Nomu on Nov. 3.
