En kulturhistoriskt intressant villa i Borås är till salu för bara en krona. Men bara för den händige. Den har nämligen inte bara renoveringsbehov, utan behöver också fraktas bort från marken den står på.
”Vi hoppas hitta rätt person att ro det här i land, säger Andreas Barrstrand”, vd på Hydria Fastigheter som äger huset, till Göteborgs-Posten.
Huset är på 170 kvadratmeter, har inga badrum men flera kakelugnar. Det har också en spännande historia, byggt av sjökaptenen Fredrik Möller vid 1900-talets början.
Villa Otago har intressenter
Men nu ska ett nytt bostadsområde uppföras på marken där den så kallade Villa Otago står, och bolaget Hydria Fastigheter hoppas slippa riva det gamla huset.
Så långt har tio intressenter hört av sig som Hydria bedömer är seriösa köpare. Villan kommer att gå till den som anses bäst lämpad att ta hand om huset, utan budgivning.
