El Tribunal Constitucional (TC) estableció la nueva conformación de las Salas Primera y Segunda de esta institución, según indica una resolución administrativa publicada hoy.

El dispositivo determina comunicar la presente resolución a los magistrados, a la Secretaría General, la Secretaría Relatoría, a la jefa de Gabinete de Asesores Jurisdiccionales, a la Dirección General de Administración; a las Oficinas de Presupuesto, Planeamiento y Desarrollo, Imagen Institucional, Logística, Tecnologías de la Información y al Órgano de Control Institucional, para los fines de ley.
En la parte considerativa indica que el artículo 12 del reglamento normativo del Tribunal Constitucional, establece que las Presidencias y la conformación de las Salas son acordadas por el pleno al inicio de cada año, a propuesta del titular de la institución.
La resolución lleva la firma del presidente del Tribunal Constitucional, Augusto Ferrero Costa.
