The New Zealand ambassador also wrote: “It was a pleasure to have dinner at Kebdet El-Prince and a nice opportunity to meet Mr. Nasser El-Prince himself. It was a wonderful and very tasty dinner.”
The molokhia dish is one of the most delicious dishes and the most famous of them is which is served on the Egyptian table, especially in the delta governorates, being the original home for the cultivation of this plant.
Molokhia is linked to an ancient history, and a novel indicates that the word “molokhia” is an ancient Pharaonic word that is divided into two parts “khiya” in relation to the plant from which it is cooked. And “mloo” means eat or eat.
Molokhia is served on the Egyptian table with rice, chicken and salad, usually, and a recipe is used to treat many diseases, including anemia, weak energy and weak heartbeat, and works to increase the body’s resistance Anti-inflammatory, and soothing the membranes of the stomach and intestines.
