The 10 best AirPods Pro alternatives: The Apple competition in the test

After we have tested ten inexpensive AirPods alternatives , this time it’s all about the Apple AirPods Pro – as reference so to speak. In contrast to the normal AirPods, the flagship headphones offer active noise cancellation, an adaptive equalizer, a more individual fit via silicone tips and better protection against sweat and water. With their sleek design, great sound, and wireless charging case that allows for around 24 hours of total playback (four and a half hours per charge), the AirPods Pro for 279 euros (RRP) absolutely score. But the top models with noise canceling from other manufacturers also have a lot to offer. We present our favorites to you in more detail here. 10 AirPods Pro alternatives in the test – from Bose to Urbanista

We would love to have alternatives for the Apple AirPods Pro presented from A to Z, but unfortunately we can “only” serve you from B to U with in-ear headphones. Shame on the teasing of this article, but certainly not to your detriment. We searched, tested and compared for a long time – and can now say with certainty: The following ten models really are the best alternatives! (Also interesting: AirPods Max – Apple’s over-ear headphones have never been so cheap!)

Bose QuietComfort Earbuds

As expected from Bose, the noise canceling of the QuietComfort Earbuds fell in the test first class. The sound of the true wireless in-ear headphones is also impressive.

In the field of active noise cancellation, Bose is one of the absolute specialists in the headphone sector and already has a lot here done on pioneering work. With the QuietComfort Earbuds, the company is now integrating its advanced ANC technology into true wireless in-ears for the first time. The noise canceling in the test was correspondingly first-class and clearly superior to that of the AirPods Pro. We also like the sound of Bose’s top model a bit better with a slightly more natural sound image. On the other hand, Bose’s earphones are behind Apple in terms of wearing comfort and touch control. The battery life is great at around six hours (plus twelve with the wireless transport case). Thanks to the IPX4 protection class, the QC Earbuds are protected against splash water. All in all a very successful start with the best ANC properties. Price (reduced , via Amazon): 229 euros

Sony WF-1000XM3

Just as excellent as the noise canceling are the clear sound with rich bass and the battery power of Sony’s WF-1000XM3 in-ears.
