ALMT : Max Russi defends the expansion of measures to ensure compliance with the LGPD

The President of the Legislative Assembly, Deputy Max Russi (PSB), defends the qualification, within the public service, for greater effectiveness in complying with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) in the state. Russi ensured the sum of efforts of the Parliament, during the launch of the course on the subject, promoted by the Court of Auditors of Mato Grosso this Monday (4). “The servers win. Working on the theme “The application of the LGPD in the Perspective of Superior Courts”, the lecture cycle counts with the participation of ministers Paulo de Tarso, from Superior Court of Justice (STJ), Walton Rodrigues, of the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU), and Douglas Alencar Rodrigues, of the Superior Labor Court (TST). opening. Congratulate the Court of Auditors, through counselors Guilherme Maluf, José Carlos Novelli and their entire team for this beautiful initiative, for taking this course, this seminar, bringing three ministers from higher education courses. Having as axes the ” Applicability, Theory and Practice” the seminar is being held by the TCE-MT School of Accounts, in partnership with the State Court of Justice (TJMT) and the Brazilian Academy of Training and Research (ABFP).

The course is being taught in a hybrid way and will last for one month. According to the TCE, its target audience is: counselors, judges, judges and court employees.
