Apple will integrate displays with 120Hz refresh rate and 6 GB of RAM on all iPhone 14 models (rumor)

This year, Apple is going to announce a new generation of smartphones. Although the iPhone 14 series would be announced only in the fall, a lot of rumors have been circulating on the web since 2021. Today we find out that all models in the lineup could receive displays with 120Hz refresh rate and 6 GB of RAM . Details below.

According to Jeff Pu , an analyst at Haitong International Securities, the new iPhone 14 models Pros and non-pros will have more in common than previous generations. He says that these phones will receive displays with refresh rate of 120Hz and 6 GB of RAM, regardless of the variant. It would be a major difference, given that under the iPhone 13 series, non-Pro models arrived with 4 GB of RAM and screens with standard refresh rates of 60Hz. Meanwhile, the iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max already have 6 GB of RAM.

It is worth mentioning that the same analyst said in the past that the Pro variants would receive 8 GB of RAM. However, Apple reportedly abandoned the idea due to higher production costs. At the same time, given that these features will be identical for both Pro and non-Pro models, it remains to be seen what the differences will be between them. But we know for a fact that there will be a difference in the case of integrated cameras.

The analyst also says that the Pro variants will receive variants with at least 256 GB of storage , and non-Pro versions will also come in 64 GB versions. At the same time, it confirms that the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max will receive 48 MP photo sensors , as recently reported . As a reminder, it is rumored that Apple will give up the Mini version in the lineup, this model will be replaced with iPhone 14 Max , similar in size to iPhone 14 Pro Max.

However, it is worth mentioning that this information remains a rumor at the moment, so I suggest you look at it with a little reluctance until it is confirmed in the autumn.
