Apple is probably coming soon with the MacBook Pro. Now that the storm has passed over the iPhone 13, it is the turn of other devices.
The iPhone 13 has been launched. To stay in the spotlight, Apple often launches other devices fairly quickly afterwards. The company is likely to turn its attention to other devices in its lineup, such as the MacBook Pro and Mac mini. There is therefore news to tell about this.
MacBook Pro soon in the market
Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman has found that Apple is likely “in the coming weeks” launch new MacBook Pro laptops. Gurman says Apple typically launches new Macs in October, and he also provides some details on the specs for the upcoming MacBooks. Gurman is often well informed and his predictions often come true.
The new laptops will feature Apple’s new M1X chip, which gives Gurman a “probable name” for a “more graphics and professional M1 chip”. The M1X will likely come in two variants, both with 10 CPU cores and with 16 or 32 GPU cores. Is the Mac mini coming? Opinions are divided on that. Gurman says he’s not sure.
Last year Apple attended its iPhone launch event. This was held in October. A little later than usual due to the Covid-19 pandemic. So that is not the case now. Then Apple came up with an event in November where it launched the first MacBooks with the new Apple-designed chip, the Apple M1.
In addition to the new MacBooks and (possibly) the new Mac mini, Apple would also preparing for the launch of new, third-generation AirPods.
