Lata Mangeshkar’s health is improving, according to the latest update. Asha Bhosle has now revealed that special puja is being held at her Mumbai home for the singer.

Asha Bhosle is praying hard for Lata Mangeshkar’s quick recovery. The 92-year-old singer tested positive for coronavirus with mild symptoms and was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Breach Candy Hospital in south Mumbai last week. The singer is recovering, according to the latest health update.

ASHA BHOSLE HOLDS SPECIAL PUJA AT HOME FOR LATA MANGESHKAR

Asha Bhosle spoke to ETimes and revealed that a special puja is being held at Lata Mangeshkar’s Mumbai home. She said, “Unke ghar par (Prabhukunj, Peddar Road) Shiv Bhagawan ke rudras bithaye hain aur puja-paath kar rahe hain for her recovery (Lord Shiva Rudras has been placed at her house and pujas are being organized for her recovery”.

“LATA MANGESHKAR’S HEALTH IS IMPROVING “

Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope informed the press yesterday, January 16 that Lata Mangeshkar is on her way to recovery. Speaking to PTI, he said, “Lata Mangeshkar’s condition is improving. I spoke to authorities of the Breach Candy Hospital who updated me about her health. I told them that the spokesperson of the hospital should provide updates on the singer’s condition as people are eager to know about her health,” Tope told reporters in Jalna.

Lata Mangeshkar aka The Nightingale of India has sung more than 30,000 songs in several Indian languages over her seven-decade-long singing career. She is considered one of the greatest playback singers in Indian cinema.
