Balayya’s ‘Daaku Maharaj’ Premieres on OTT This February 9th

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s film ‘Daaku Maharaj’ is set to release on Netflix OTT platform on February 9. Directed by Bobby Kolli, the movie features Balakrishna in the lead role alongside Bobby Deol, Pragya, and Shraddha Srinath. The film, produced by Naga Vamsi, has music composed by Thaman. It was originally released worldwide on January 12.

The storyline follows Krishnamurthy, who lives a peaceful life with his grandson in 1996. He discovers illegal wildlife smuggling happening in his tea estate and reports it to the authorities. This action angers MLA Trimurthulu Naidu and his brother Manohar Naidu, who then threaten Krishnamurthy.

During this crisis, a former engineer named Seetharam, popularly known as ‘Daaku Maharaj’, arrives to protect Krishnamurthy’s family. His arrival and the subsequent events make up the film’s gripping screenplay. This action-packed movie has been well received by fans and is among Balakrishna’s highest-grossing films.

Now, ‘Daaku Maharaj’ is set for its digital premiere on Netflix OTT platform on February 9, allowing a wider audience to enjoy the action thriller from home.
