The facts about the repeated attempts of the Bulgarian Football Union to stop the court-scheduled congress for October 12, 2021 – two attempts to mislead the Sofia City Court regarding the general number of regular members of the Bulgarian Football Union – 551 instead of 531, by imposing a precautionary measure “ban on holding the congress scheduled for 12.10.2021” in humiliating court proceedings of the Bulgarian Football Union against its members, letters to the Ministry of Health and RHI requesting a ban of the Congress, despite the clear regulation that a Congress on 12 October 2021 is fully possible subject to the necessary measures.
