BizCover now covers kid-run businesses

Australia’s online business insurance platform, BizCover, has introduced a new service called BizCover for Kids.

This service is designed to protect kid-run businesses and is supported by eight key players such as Toycover and Play Protector. BizCover for Kids offers various insurance policies, including shields like:

  • Slips, Trips, and Falls Shield: For accidents like sour lemonade recipes.
  • Bad Advice Shield: Covers situations where tutoring leads to wrong answers.
  • Ouchie Shield: Protects against minor injuries.
  • Stocks and Stuff Shield: Safeguards forts and their contents.

BizCover for Kids specializes in providing customized insurance coverage for Australia’s budding young entrepreneurs, supported by eight new key players, including Toycover, Play Protector, and Kidsinsure. These new products aim to offer similar protection to what is trusted by over 220,000 Australian small businesses.

However, BizCover for Kids has been ingeniously reimagined for the playground. Now, ambitious young minds can safeguard their lemonade stands, block skyscrapers, and other creations with multiple coverage options previously reserved for grown-up businesses.

The new comprehensive range of insurance policies, aptly named “shields for kids,” includes but is not limited to:

  • Slips, Trips, and Falls Shield: Protects kids when their lemonade recipe turns out too sour.
  • Bad Advice Shield: Covers situations where tutoring leads to incorrect conclusions.
  • Ouchie Shield: Provides coverage for scraped knees and other minor injuries.
  • Stocks and Stuff Shield: Safeguards forts and their contents.

BizCover believes that CEOs come in all sizes, and it’s time their innovative spirits and playground hustle receive the respect they deserve. Whether it’s safeguarding their slime-making business or protecting their sausage sizzle restaurant, BizCover for Kids offers peace of mind so mini business owners can focus on what truly matters – conquering the world before naptime.

Sharon Kenny, head of marketing at BizCover, remarked, “At BizCover, we believe that kids’ businesses are big businesses.” The commitment is to make their busy lives easier, enabling them not only to be protected but to grow and thrive.

BizCover for Kids is now available (with parents’ permission, of course) to mitigate risks and help young minds protect what they love while they develop their small businesses.
