Breaking! Simbu’s brand new movie has surprise heroine and music director?

Simbu, after delivering ‘Maanaadu’ one of the biggest hits of the year has a lineup of impressive projects. He will be joining the sets of ‘Pathu Thala’ costarring Gautham Karthik in a few weeks time and after completing that will begin work on ‘Corona Kumar’ directed by Gokul and produced by Vels Films International.

We broke the news first to you that Simbu has signed a new movie with AGS Entertainment and directed by Ashwath Marimuthu of ‘Oh My Kadavule’ fame. This one is said to be a romantic comedy and will go on floors later this year.

Now Kollywood insiders have the info that Ashwath Marimuthu is keen to cast Ritika Singh the heroine of his debut movie as the leading lady opposite Simbu. It is also said that he will also repeat his ‘Oh My Kadavule’ music composer Leon James as well.

It will be very interesting to see Simbu romancing the highly talented Ritika Singh who has impressed in most of her previous films such as ‘Irudhi Suttru’, ‘Aandavan Kattalai’ and ‘Oh My Kadavule’. Stay tuned for the official confirmations of this news.
