Buse Tosun Çavuşoğlu is the Third Place in the World!

National athlete at the World Wrestling Championship held in Norway )Buse Tosun Çavuşoğlu won the bronze medal in the women’s 72 kg category.

Buse’s opponent is French Cynthia Vanessa Vescan, could not play due to injury. Buse, who was declared the winner by judgment, became the owner of the bronze medal.

Turkey thus completed the World Wrestling Championship with a bronze medal in the women’s category.

Beating Kylie Welker of the USA 8-1 in the first round, Buse Tosun Çavuşoğlu defeated Belarusian Anastasiya Zimiankova 4-0 in the quarter-finals by a single point. The national wrestler lost to Kazakh world third place Zhamila Bakbergenova in the semi-finals.
