Chennai FAIRPRO 2025 records ₹363 crore in sales with 385 bookings

This marks a significant increase compared to last year’s 302 bookings worth ₹260 crores.

The three-day Chennai FAIRPRO 2025, organised by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), saw 385 bookings with ₹363 crore in total sales.  This is as against 302 bookings worth ₹260 crore in 2024, according to Mohamed Ali, President of CREDAI Chennai.

There were 44,712 walk-ins this year as against 31,000 last year, he said.

The 17th edition of FAIRPRO 2025, a real estate exhibition held between February 14 and 16, featured over 500 projects spanning 32.5 million sq ft of residential space, 0.25 million sq ft of commercial space and 325 acres of plotted development in Chennai.
