China: ação da Evergrande sobe após nomeação de executivo de estatal a conselho

A ação da China Evergrande Group teve forte alta na Bolsa de Hong Kong nesta segunda-feira, 24, após a incorporadora nomear um executivo da estatal China Cinda Asset Management para seu Conselho.

O anúncio é um sinal de que a empresa está fazendo progressos em direção a uma resolução da crise de liquidez que enfrenta desde o ano passado.

O papel da companhia chegou a disparar 13%, mas arrefeceu os ganhos e terminou a sessão em alta de 3,91%.

No domingo, 23, a Evergrande informou que nomeou Liang Senlin, presidente da unidade da China Cinda em Hong Kong, como diretor não executivo.

Um analista de Hong Kong disse que a nomeação pode ser um sinal de que a gigante imobiliária chinesa está perto de garantir investimentos da China Cinda, uma das maiores administradoras estatais de dívidas do país.
