Honor 50 was introduced in Europe in June and quickly became big part of the success, now an independent brand, in the Chinese market. The company’s CEO then suggested that the series would be available globally from the fourth quarter, and now we have a more specific date.
Honor 50 will be released globally on October 26, and the first will be be available in the UK and European Union markets. The phone, which runs the Snapdragon 778G chipset, will arrive in Russia, the UAE, Latin America and Malaysia later
The Honor 50 has a 6.57-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 108MP main camera on the back and 32MP selfie camera. It works under Andeoid 11 software, with Magic UI interface and supports Google Services from the start.
Rumors from earlier mention that the Honor 50 will be the only phone in the series to arrive in Europe – the availability of the Honor 50 Pro model, with a larger screen and faster charging, is not mentioned.
